I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Zurich.
My research revolves around the ways democratic societies make sense of environmental degradation, such as climate change and biodiversity loss, and develop a hegemonic understanding of legitimate ways to address them.
Additionally, I serve as the Chair of the ECPR Standing Group on Participation and Mobilisation.
I hold a PhD in Political and Social Sciences from the European University Institute in Florence, Italy.
During my PhD, I was a visiting researcher at the WZB Berlin Social Science Center, the University of Zurich,
and the University of Gothenburg.
